What you will do

• Process and respond to partner inquiries regarding customer accounts and services.
• Handle daily operational tasks including master data updates and account requests.
• Perform thorough KYC identity verification for new contractual partners.
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to maintain high operational standards.
• Contribute to process improvement projects across Finance, Risk, and Compliance domains.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a German university in business administration, economics, or a similar field for at least one more year.
• Must be based in Berlin.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong learning mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of tasks.
