What you will do

  • Match and validate invoices against purchase order data and process disbursement requests, resolving exceptions with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and process electronic payments and handle internal/external invoice and payment queries.
  • Verify vendor/customer accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
  • Perform administrative accounting tasks (word processing, mail processing, scanning, copying, shredding) and support internal users on AP/AR processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies while taking ownership of assigned work.
  • Assist during backlog or urgent situations and complete other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong customer focus.
  • Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to change.
  • Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) preferred.
  • Ability to research and resolve exception/problem invoices and payments with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Oracle and/or accounts payable processes.
