What you will do

• Measure and apply orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, and bone growth stimulation as prescribed by physicians.
• Apply casts and assist orthopedic surgeons during procedures including fracture reduction and hardware removal.
• Perform suture and staple removal, dressing changes, and wound care.
• Coordinate follow-up brace fitting appointments and maintain high standards of patient safety and documentation.
• Verify patient benefits using automation tools, including pre-authorization and collections.
• Act as a liaison between the customer, the sales team, and the company to ensure efficiency and contract compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital, healthcare facility, clinic, or physician’s office.
• Full-time work authorization in the United States is required (no sponsorship provided).
• Valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.
• Ability to satisfy third-party credentialing and screening requirements for hospital access.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Professional credentials such as active Athletic Training licensure, BOC, NBCOT OTC, or ABC Certified Fitter-orthotics.
• Experience working with multiple physicians in a high-volume clinic environment.
