Salary: $26.00 - $31.00 hourly

What you will do

• Administer first aid and provide referrals to outside medical providers as needed.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work programs for injured associates.
• Conduct safety coaching on the operations floor to minimize injury risks through proactive engagement.
• Maintain accurate medical records of care, daily activity logs, and medical supply inventory.
• Facilitate and maintain credentials for CPR, AED, and First Aid certification classes.
• Support emergency response efforts and assist with random drug testing protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current valid EMT, Paramedic, or Athletic Trainer certification.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.

Nice to have

• Certification to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training.
• Experience with OSHA regulations, industrial wellness programs, and workers' compensation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.
• Previous experience as a Military Combat Medic, Field Medic, or Healthcare Specialist.
