What you will do

• Build and maintain bank connectivity integrations with providers like J.P. Morgan and HSBC, handling complex auth and messaging standards.
• Design multi-tenant integration workflows isolating credentials and data per customer entity.
• Connect to global e-invoicing networks and country-specific compliance regimes, ensuring auditable delivery.
• Integrate tax platforms for statutory filings including US sales tax.
• Implement reliability features such as idempotency, retries, webhook and polling strategies, and reconciliation processes.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience building production software, especially integrations with external APIs.
• Hands-on experience with corporate banking and payments APIs, preferably J.P. Morgan or HSBC.
• Comfortable working backend-heavy in Kotlin with some frontend React knowledge.
• Strong focus on data integrity and reliability in financial systems.
• Familiarity with fintech concepts such as ISO 20022, OAuth, mTLS, and multi-tenancy.
• Excited about using AI tooling efficiently to improve development workflows.
