Product Discovery Manager (fluent FR-EN)

Location: Fully remote in France or the UK, with regular travel to the Paris or London offices; candidates outside France and the UK are not considered.

Salary: €60,000–€70,000 annually, based on experience and value delivered.

What you will do

• Lead product discovery for the French market through user interviews, field observations, co-design workshops, and desk research.
• Analyse French healthcare regulations and translate compliance constraints into valuable product opportunities.
• Manage French certifications, accreditations, regulatory listings, submissions, external-body interactions, and corrective action plans.
• Contribute to Explore, Scope, and Shape discovery ceremonies, including 3-in-a-Box workshops, PRD reviews, kick-offs, and solution reviews.
• Define indicators for adoption, usage, and delivered value; use product metrics and user feedback to recommend improvements.
• Represent French users and market needs internally and support customer enablement and support teams.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the French digital health market, primary care organisations, healthcare workflows, and applicable software regulations.
• Proven experience in user research and product discovery, including interviews, field observation, workshops, and qualitative analysis.
• Experience with French healthcare certifications, accreditations, and regulatory listings such as CNDA, ANS, HAS, or GIE Sesam-Vitale.
• Ability to synthesise complex problems into clear problem statements, research summaries, recommendations, and discovery deliverables.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, communication, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS or digital health product team.
• Familiarity with agile product development processes and Explore/Scope/Shape or 3-in-a-Box ceremonies.
• Clinical or healthcare experience as a clinician, practice manager, or other healthcare professional.
