What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end pre-boarding process, including issuing employment contracts and internal move memos via Workday.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates from the verbal offer stage until their joining date.
• Coordinate and track background verification and drug screening processes according to regional requirements.
• Maintain hiring trackers and update HR systems (Dayforce) to ensure operational precision.
• Manage the onboarding process for contractors and EOR workers.
• Collaborate with TA partners and hiring managers to report candidate progress and resolve issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of administration experience.
• Prior experience in an HR administration role.
• Proven customer service experience in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
• Location: Must be based in Prague
