What you will do

• Collaborate with brokers and internal teams to troubleshoot and add data feed connections.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding the progress of data reconciliation projects.
• Manage inbound queries from clients and the onboarding team via Salesforce ServiceCloud.
• Demonstrate service offerings and identify potential cross-sell opportunities.
• Prepare large data sets and resolve discrepancies with high accuracy.
• Contribute to team effectiveness through process improvement and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and hirify.global with data security policies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Power BI, or Power Query.
