💰 Salary: UAH 80,000–100,000

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the company’s analytics function
Assign tasks to the analytics team and monitor execution
Prioritize workloads based on business needs
Analyze key metrics: loan disbursements, repayments, delinquency rates, and channel performance
Prepare management reports and analytical insights
Transform data into actionable recommendations and business decisions
Identify growth opportunities and process optimization areas
Collaborate with Marketing, Risk, Collections, and Product teams

Main Goal of the Role:
Not just to produce reports, but to:

Turn data into management decisions
Help the business increase revenue and minimize losses

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in analytics (preferably in FinTech, microfinance, or banking)
Advanced Excel skills
Strong SQL knowledge (required)
Experience working with large datasets
Team management experience or readiness to take on leadership responsibilities
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to identify trends, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations
Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest solutions rather than wait for tasks
