What you will do

• Contribute to international hirify.global Scores projects through data analysis, model development, and validation.
• Design and evaluate predictive and decision models to solve business problems across the financial services sector.
• Analyze large-scale consumer credit and bureau datasets to identify patterns and develop variables.
• Apply machine learning and statistical techniques to improve model performance and resolve analytical issues.
• Communicate modeling results, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Manage multiple analytical work streams while meeting project deadlines across international time zones.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Applied Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Relevant experience in financial services, fintech, consumer lending, or credit bureau environments.
• Strong programming and data analysis skills using Python, R, C++, Java, or MATLAB.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and identify root causes for analytical issues.
• Must be based in the United States and willing to work across international time zones.
• Effective communication skills for client-facing environments.

Nice to have

• Exposure to cloud-based analytics platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with consumer credit risk, fraud risk, or lending decisioning.
