What you will do

• Own the digital communication calendar and scale social media channels including Reddit, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Build and grow the email marketing channel, focusing on tooling, segmentation, templates, and strategy.
• Translate complex quantum science into compelling narratives for audiences ranging from researchers to teenagers.
• Manage external providers for content, ads, photo, video, and design production to scale the function.
• Run community management by monitoring mentions and DMs, responding in the brand voice.
• Interview scientists and engineers to turn internal stories into social-native content for thought leadership.

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, communication, or content creation.
• Proven track record of launching and growing social media channels or online communities with measurable results.
• Native or C2-level written English with a portfolio of published work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, or InDesign.
• Advanced ability to synthesize high-level technical subject matter into clear, accessible content.
• Must be based in or able to work in Paris.

Nice to have

• STEM background in Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Math.
• Experience in a fast-moving startup or deep-tech environment.
• A personal track record of explaining technical topics via a blog, YouTube, X/Reddit, or Substack.
• Existing knowledge and opinions on the quantum computing industry.
