Salesforce Developer Lead

What you will do

• Guide and motivate a team of developers.
• Build unit tests, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
• Customize templates and troubleshoot campaign behavior using JavaScript/HTML.
• Ensure proper rendering across browsers.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Good level of Git, SFDX and pipelines CI/CD.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the Lisbon office).
