What you will do
- Manage the full B2B event calendar, including sponsored Tier 1-2 conferences, VIP dinners, roundtables, and hackathons.
- Drive qualified lead generation through lead capture, CRM entry in Pipedrive, and efficient handoff to sales teams.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics, scheduling, and briefing packs for the CEO and CMO at flagship industry events.
- Build and operate a structured online events programme, including a quarterly webinar series.
- Own the events budget, overseeing vendor negotiations, spend tracking, and ROI reporting to leadership.
- Execute pre-event outreach to secure high-value meetings with target accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years in event management, with at least 2 years in the fintech or crypto sectors.
- Proven track record of driving B2B leads with verifiable pipeline data.
- Experience in full budget ownership, cost-per-lead analysis, and ROI reporting.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe, the US, and internationally.
- Strong CRM discipline, specifically with lead capture and pipeline reporting (Pipedrive preferred).
- English: C1+ (Excellent) required for partner negotiations and executive briefings.
- Location: Must be based in Europe (non-UA/non-RU).
Nice to have
- Existing network of organisers and speakers within the fintech/crypto ecosystem.
- Experience applying Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to event strategy.
- Knowledge of MiCA, VASP regulation, and the EU/UK regulatory landscape.
- Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
