What you will do

• Design and execute structured deployment plans for enterprise pilots, converting ambiguous problems into clear milestones and deadlines.
• Establish the company's deployment strategy and create the official playbook for future scaling.
• Perform deep-dive workflow mapping of customer documents and systems to configure and improve the product.
• Drive adoption by building trust with senior stakeholders and removing blockers for end-users.
• Collaborate with engineering to transform field observations into product requirements.
• Support hiring and lead the deployment function as the company grows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, customer-facing deployment/implementation, or enterprise B2B operational roles.
• Must be based in London for full-time in-person work.
• AI-native workflow: proficient in using AI tools to significantly compress work timelines.
• Strong proficiency in slides, Excel, and written communication.
• High emotional intelligence for managing relationships from frontline reviewers to VPs.
• Intellectual curiosity and a strong bias toward action.
