What you will do

  • Own and optimize the strategy and allocation of the promotional marketing budget across all customer lifecycle stages.
  • Lead the CRM workstream for the "Wallet & Promotional Products" strategic initiative to transform the member promotional experience.
  • Define functional features and promotional mechanics, such as cashback, vouchers, and targeted incentives, based on business OKRs.
  • Build and maintain a promotional performance framework to track ROI by mechanic, market, and funding source.
  • Collaborate with Front/Growth, Finance, and Tech teams to ensure CRM objectives are integrated into the product roadmap.
  • Conduct structured A/B tests on promotional mechanics and document all strategy and test results.

Requirements

  • 7–8 years of experience in CRM, promotional marketing, or loyalty strategy, ideally within e-commerce or retail.
  • Proven track record of managing significant promotional budgets with demonstrated ROI impact.
  • Strong analytical profile with experience in A/B testing frameworks and KPI-driven decision making.
  • Ability to translate business needs into concrete product requirements for PM and Tech teams.
  • Fluent English (C1) is required.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Milan, Italy.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing loyalty or gamification mechanics.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign.
  • Experience in B2B2C or marketplace environments.
  • Knowledge of brand co-funding and trade marketing mechanics.
