What you will do

• Manage client projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with product specifications and company strategy.
• Define project scope, objectives, and timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Development, and Support.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management frameworks and tools.
• Report activities and progress regularly to management.

Requirements

• BSC in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within fintech or trading technology.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, PMI, or PRINCE2 and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of software deployment lifecycles, DevOps, and Quality Assurance processes.
• Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written).
• Must be based in Milan, Italy.
