What you will do

• Execute end-to-end clinical innovation and RWE projects, ensuring compliant delivery across therapeutic areas and geographies.
• Translate strategic concepts and protocols into operational project plans focusing on feasibility, scalability, and compliance.
• Manage external partners (CROs, data providers, technology vendors) including selection, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Clinical Development, Digital Health, and Medical Affairs.
• Ensure inspection-ready documentation (eTMF) and compliance with GCP, GVP, and local regulations.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and risks, providing regular reporting to leadership.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry within Evidence Generation or Clinical Operations PM roles.
• MSc degree in scientific disciplines (Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, etc.).
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Experience with study design, planning tools, and the RWE/RWD regulatory framework.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP and administrative budget management.
