Location: Office-based in West London (4 days a week) with 1 remote day of your choice

What you will do

• Deliver engaging training for chauffeurs to ensure a five-star luxury customer experience.
• Assess chauffeur performance against hirify.global Standards and provide constructive feedback via coaching and quality checks.
• Lead effective 1:1 training sessions to hone the skills of the chauffeur team.
• Collaborate with regional peers to continuously improve processes and exceed passenger expectations.
• Act as the local expert and primary point of support for the London chauffeur fleet.

Requirements

• Must be based in London to attend the office four days a week.
• 2+ years of experience in delivering group training and facilitation.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in the luxury industry.
• Proven track record of meeting exacting service standards valued by customers.
• Proficiency in Google Slides and PowerPoint for utilizing training materials.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
