What you will do

• Design blended learning experiences, digital pathways, and performance support resources using storytelling and learner psychology.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve the scalability, personalization, and development speed of learning content.
• Partner with SMEs, leaders, and HRBPs to translate complex business concepts into engaging learner experiences.
• Curate and maintain learning pathways across Workday Learning, Career Hub, and LinkedIn Learning.
• Analyze learner engagement and feedback to continuously improve learning effectiveness and experience quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of applicable experience in learning experience or instructional design.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Bracknell, UK.
• Proven ability to translate complex concepts into practical and engaging learner experiences.
• Experience with modern learning ecosystems and AI-enabled workplace tools.
