What you will do

• Deliver engaging training to chauffeurs to embed five-star luxury customer experience skills.
• Maintain and create country-specific learning initiatives and content.
• Act as the subject-matter expert and primary point of contact for chauffeur queries.
• Assess chauffeur performance against standards and provide constructive 1:1 coaching.
• Collaborate with international peers to optimize service processes and passenger experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a specialized training role.
• Proven track record of delivering training programs focused on high quality standards.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the luxury industry.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work from West London.

Nice to have

• Experience with Articulate 360 suite.
• Knowledge of luxury vehicle specifications.
