What you will do

• Design high-quality, interactive modular learning experiences for on-demand and facilitated delivery.
• Develop engaging content including videos, interactive simulations, and hands-on labs aligned with the brand.
• Partner with subject matter experts across Product, Engineering, and Innovation teams.
• Prepare and lead train-the-trainer efforts to transition content to the facilitation team.
• Maintain deep platform expertise and earn various hirify.global certifications.
• Own the end-to-end instructional design and curriculum development workflow.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Expertise in adult learning theory and cognitive load theory applied to technical software products.
• Proficiency with content authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Synthesia.
• Proven ability to use AI agents to accelerate design and development workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage stakeholders in a results-driven environment.
