What you will do

• Produce end-to-end technical video tutorials and walkthroughs for customer-facing tools.
• Translate complex technical procedures into clear, jargon-free, step-by-step instructions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of content.
• Manage content strategy and updates for the knowledge base to drive self-service.
• Apply SEO best practices to increase discoverability of video and written content.
• Analyze customer feedback and website data to identify and prioritize content needs.

Requirements

• Experience creating tutorial or instructional video content from planning to final production.
• Proficiency in video creation/editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, or PowToon.
• Strong writing skills for creating clear, step-by-step technical scripts.
• Understanding of script-to-video workflows and video content structure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and content planning skills.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of experience in a technical hosting or email environment.
• Experience with motion graphics (Adobe After Effects) for callouts and animations.
• Familiarity with YouTube and Vimeo content best practices.
