What you will do

• Conduct professional Training Needs Analyses to identify client capability gaps and define measurable learning objectives.
• Own and maintain a centralized database of learning objectives to enable personalized training packages.
• Design and refine scalable curriculum frameworks and learning pathways.
• Update the global training catalogue to ensure consistency with product evolutions.
• Coordinate client webinars, knowledge-sharing sessions, and collaborative learning events.
• Align training initiatives cross-functionally with strategic business priorities.

Requirements

• Extensive professional background in education management, learning and development, or curriculum design.
• Demonstrated experience conducting formal Training Needs Analyses in a consultative manner.
• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into structured learning journeys.
• Proficient English communication skills (written and spoken) are required.
• Must be able to work on a hybrid basis from the Manila office 2 days per week.
• Experience managing curriculum architectures and learning frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience within the financial services or fintech sectors.
• Understanding of investment management workflows or financial systems.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
• Master’s degree in Education, L&D, or Organizational Development.
