TL;DR
Lead Training Portfolio Manager (Fintech): Structuring, governing, and continuously improving the global training offering for financial services clients with an accent on Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and curriculum architecture. Focus on designing scalable learning journeys, managing centralized learning databases, and ensuring alignment with complex product developments and business priorities.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the office in Manila, Philippines (Hybrid: 2 days/week)

What you will do
- Conduct professional Training Needs Analyses to identify client capability gaps and define measurable learning objectives.
- Own and maintain a centralized database of learning objectives to enable personalized training packages.
- Design and refine scalable curriculum frameworks and learning pathways.
- Update the global training catalogue to ensure consistency with product evolutions.
- Coordinate client webinars, knowledge-sharing sessions, and collaborative learning events.
- Align training initiatives cross-functionally with strategic business priorities.
Requirements
- Extensive professional background in education management, learning and development, or curriculum design.
- Demonstrated experience conducting formal Training Needs Analyses in a consultative manner.
- Ability to translate business and functional requirements into structured learning journeys.
- Proficient English communication skills (written and spoken) are required.
- Must be able to work on a hybrid basis from the Manila office 2 days per week.
- Experience managing curriculum architectures and learning frameworks.
Nice to have
- Experience within the financial services or fintech sectors.
- Understanding of investment management workflows or financial systems.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
- Master’s degree in Education, L&D, or Organizational Development.
