What you will do

• Lead integrated medical planning by performing gap analyses and driving initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop disease area frameworks, including patient journey mapping and study strategies.
• Oversee evidence generation activities, including study funnel development, budgeting, and execution planning.
• Translate scientific insights from key opinion leaders into actionable recommendations for product development.
• Drive scientific communication strategy by forecasting publications, abstracts, and posters.
• Represent the organization at global scientific meetings and manage external stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent).
• 14+ years of relevant experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial methodology, regulatory requirements, and protocol design.
• Proven ability to operate in global, cross-functional teams (R&D, commercial, regulatory).
• Experience engaging with external stakeholders and key opinion leaders.
• Must be based in the US; willingness to travel 20–25% domestically and internationally.
