What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, biostatistics, and regulatory to advance early-phase programs.
• Design, develop, and execute clinical trial protocols for neuroimmunology studies.
• Provide medical monitoring and oversight of clinical studies to ensure patient safety.
• Act as the primary scientific contact for CROs and investigators regarding protocol questions.
• Support data interpretation, clinical reporting, and the preparation of health authority interactions.
• Incorporate disease burden and patient experience considerations into study designs to ensure patient-centered development.

Requirements

• MD/DO (or international equivalent) or PharmD degree required.
• 0-2+ years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Prior experience in medical monitoring or as an investigator/sub-investigator.
• Deep scientific and clinical understanding of neuroimmunology and autoimmune disorders.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for business needs.

Nice to have

• Subspecialty experience in neurology or neuromuscular medicine.
• Direct experience with Myasthenia Gravis, CIDP, or other immune-mediated conditions.
• Established network of global Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for drug development.
