What you will do
- Partner with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, biostatistics, and regulatory to advance early-phase programs.
- Design, develop, and execute clinical trial protocols for neuroimmunology studies.
- Provide medical monitoring and oversight of clinical studies to ensure patient safety.
- Act as the primary scientific contact for CROs and investigators regarding protocol questions.
- Support data interpretation, clinical reporting, and the preparation of health authority interactions.
- Incorporate disease burden and patient experience considerations into study designs to ensure patient-centered development.
Requirements
- MD/DO (or international equivalent) or PharmD degree required.
- 0-2+ years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Prior experience in medical monitoring or as an investigator/sub-investigator.
- Deep scientific and clinical understanding of neuroimmunology and autoimmune disorders.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for business needs.
Nice to have
- Subspecialty experience in neurology or neuromuscular medicine.
- Direct experience with Myasthenia Gravis, CIDP, or other immune-mediated conditions.
- Established network of global Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for drug development.
