What you will do

• Develop and ship production-ready agentic AI solutions and RAG pipelines within defined technical approaches.
• Implement and test tool use, retrieval pipelines, and agent workflows for complex multi-step tasks.
• Contribute to the creation of evaluation frameworks, observability, and guardrails for AI systems.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise workflows and systems via APIs and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with host-function stakeholders to ensure solutions fit real-world business workflows.
• Build reusable patterns, reference implementations, and starter kits to enable cross-functional capability building.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of building LLM-powered applications in production (RAG, agents).
• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, modern SDLC, TDD, and code review processes.
• Experience working with relational, columnar, and vector stores.
