What you will do

• Define the product vision and strategy for Wealth & Trading, balancing business objectives with customer needs.
• Own end-to-end product roadmaps and prioritization in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering teams to deliver intuitive and scalable solutions.
• Mentor and develop product team members to achieve strategic goals.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance trading decisions, portfolio management, and user interactions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, trading, or wealth management.
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple product squads in large, complex product-led organizations.
• Expertise in UX-driven product development for high-complexity customer-facing platforms.
• Proven ability to drive product strategy and influence stakeholders at the leadership level.
• Strong analytical skills and a bias toward action to drive initiatives from conception to launch.
• Experience translating complex financial concepts into intuitive digital products.
