What you will do

• Lead Wealth & Trading product strategy, roadmap, and user experience.
• Shape product vision, balancing business objectives with customer needs and UX.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop and mentor product team members to achieve strategic goals.
• Own end-to-end product roadmaps and prioritisation.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance trading and portfolio management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, trading, or wealth management.
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple product squads or teams in large, complex product-led organisations.
• Expertise in UX-driven product development, particularly for customer-facing platforms with high complexity.
• Proven ability to define and drive product strategy and influence stakeholders.
• High analytical skills and business sense to guide prioritisation.
• A bias toward action in a fast-moving environment.
