What you will do

• Lead the Wealth & Trading product, defining strategy, roadmap, and user experience across platforms.
• Shape product vision and strategy, balancing business objectives, customer needs, and UX excellence.
• Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering teams to deliver elegant, intuitive, and scalable solutions.
• Develop and mentor product team members to achieve strategic goals.
• Own end-to-end product roadmaps and prioritisation in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance trading decisions, portfolio management, and user interactions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, trading, or wealth management.
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple product squads or teams in large, complex product-led organisations.
• Expertise in UX-driven product development, particularly for customer-facing platforms with high complexity.
• Proven ability to define and drive product strategy, influence stakeholders, and communicate vision.
• High analytical skills and business sense to guide prioritisation based on ROI, impact, and customer value.
• Comfortable driving initiatives from conception to launch in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in trading, investment platforms, or equity research with a track record of translating complex financial concepts into intuitive products.
