What you will do

• Lead and develop the Syndicated Loans Agency team to ensure high service quality and reputation.
• Provide technical portfolio management support for agency activities across the region.
• Review, comment on, and negotiate draft documentation in the capacity of the Agent.
• Handle complex technical tasks such as waivers, amendments, and default processes.
• Monitor covenant compliance and ensure the safe keeping of original facility documentation.
• Coordinate system enhancements by handling UAT and providing MIS reporting to management.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Syndicated Loans Agency and portfolio management.
• Strong leadership experience with a focus on team development and knowledge sharing.
• Experience negotiating with borrowers and syndicated banks.
• Proficiency in business analysis and project management.
• Location: Must be based in Hong Kong for full-time onsite work
