What you will do

• Manage royalty lifecycles via the BrandComply platform, including contract maintenance, invoicing, and report validation.
• Reconcile HubSpot CRM sales pipeline data to ensure integrity between sales and financial records.
• Execute weekly and monthly closing activities, monitor AR aging, and support cash-flow forecasts.
• Collaborate with the Regional Commercial Finance Lead to prepare regional revenue budgets and quarterly reforecasts.
• Partner with clients during their budgeting cycles to ensure accuracy and speed of reporting.
• Lead ad hoc finance projects and process-improvement initiatives to support evolving business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting within a multinational or matrixed organization.
• English: Excellent command of written and verbal English is required for communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to prioritize competing demands and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
