What you will do

• Manage license applications, regulatory filings, and compliance reporting.
• Develop and administer the group compliance framework and internal policies.
• Monitor trading activities to detect market abuse and insider trading.
• Investigate and resolve alerts from trade surveillance systems.
• Participate in regional projects including system UAT and new investment model discussions.
• Assist with ad-hoc regulatory inspections and information requests.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Finance, or Law.
• At least 2 years of experience in compliance, preferably in brokerage or asset management.
• Fluent in English and Japanese.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Bloomberg.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python or VBA.
