Salary: £28,000 per annum plus monthly bonus.

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls to convert insurance quotes and renewals into business.
• Cross-sell complementary insurance products to existing and new customers.
• Process online quote referrals and manage mid-term policy adjustments.
• Provide customer support via telephone, live chat, and email.
• Maintain accurate records and issue renewal invitations.
• Collaborate with the team to meet individual and collective sales targets.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester, UK.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or telemarketing.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Confident communication style with a customer-focused approach.
• Drive and enthusiasm for achieving sales and retention targets.
