What you will do

• Design analog or mixed-signal blocks for battery management circuits from architecture to qualification.
• Collaborate with Design Architects to propose optimal architectures balancing area, power consumption, and performance.
• Translate technical specifications into detailed electrical schematics.
• Develop and execute comprehensive verification plans, including PVT, statistical, ESD/EMC, and post-layout simulations.
• Validate circuit routing during the layout stage and support product debug and validation in the lab.
• Support product qualification processes up to final release.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in analog IC design.
• Proven expertise in ADC design, switch capacitors, high-voltage power management, voltage references, or physical layers like CAN interfaces and gate drivers.
• Experience with smart power BiCMOS technologies.
• Proficiency in Cadence IC design tools.
• Experience with requirement traceability management and ISO26262 standards.
