What you will do

• Develop and modify PLC software for steel and metals process lines.
• Perform detailed engineering including logic, sequences, interlocks, and diagnostics.
• Integrate PLC systems with SCADA/HMI and Level 2 manufacturing platforms.
• Support FAT/SAT and commissioning activities both remotely and on-site.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for logic, I/O, and test scenarios.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven PLC engineering experience with Siemens stack.
• Hands-on experience with TIA Portal, Step7, and S7-300/400/1500 controllers.
• Proficiency in IEC 61131-3 languages (LD, ST, FBD, SFC).
• Experience with Profinet and Profibus protocols.
• English proficiency of Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience in the steel or metals industry.
• Knowledge of Drives/VFD and safety systems.
• Experience collaborating with SCADA (WinCC) and Level 2 teams.
