What you will do

• Manage day-to-day statutory accounting and external reporting for assigned subsidiaries to ensure compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes through automation, standardization, and simplification.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors to ensure timely delivery of audit requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Tax, Treasury, Legal, and HR teams to ensure financial data accuracy.
• Support the onboarding and coordination of new accounting firms and auditors.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, or RA.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 2+ years in audit or external reporting (Big 4 or MNC preferred).
• Must be based in Manila to support the hybrid work model.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and proven experience preparing cash flow and consolidated financial statements.
• Advanced Excel skills and fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Financials and OneSource Statutory Reporting software.
• Proficiency with low-code/no-code platforms like Microsoft Power Platform, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
