What you will do

• Conduct data collection, user research, and analysis to identify UX bottlenecks and business improvement areas.
• Create detailed technical documentation and design specifications for the IT department.
• Design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of visual and interaction designs.
• Establish and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces.
• Monitor design performance through user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Product Designer focusing on B2C products.
• Proficiency in using both product and UX metrics to drive design decisions.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys).
• Advanced skills in Figma, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Proven ability to take full ownership of initiatives with limited oversight.
