What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design activities, including research, wireframing, and high-fidelity UI design for web and mobile.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform product decisions.
• Build and maintain robust design systems including components, typography, and interaction standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA to ensure seamless design handoffs and implementation.
• Use analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude) to evaluate user behavior and optimize UX performance.
• Ensure all design outputs embed accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and usability best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI roles, preferably in SaaS environments.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and high-quality UI execution.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics insights to improve product experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise tools or large-scale design systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
