What you will do

• Partner with Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering to define problems, identify opportunities, and shape product vision.
• Translate user needs and business objectives into clear, intuitive experience solutions.
• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI components for consumer web and native mobile apps.
• Build and evolve scalable design systems, including UI patterns, principles, documentation, and tooling.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure accurate implementation and quality; present design rationale and incorporate feedback.
• Define design KPIs, advocate for user needs, and iterate based on measurable impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in Web3 or DeFi, including experience with crypto exchanges or other digital asset platforms.
• Proven track record designing consumer-facing web and mobile interfaces with demonstrable outcomes.
• Expert proficiency in Figma (or equivalent) and prototyping tools.
• Strong UX fundamentals: interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Depth in product experiences (flow design, interaction detail, UI systems) and polished visual design.
• Experience working in cross-functional agile teams and ability to clearly communicate and influence product discussions.
