What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process from user research and ideation to final execution.
• Rethink and improve how users interact with complex dashboards and data visualization tools.
• Manage design-to-dev handoffs, ensuring specs are annotated and components are well-documented.
• Advocate for design processes within the squad to ensure efficient exploration and decision-making.
• Design for an AI-first product direction and utilize AI tools for rapid prototyping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and refine ideas in a Lean UX environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product design.
• Must be based in the UK, Italy, Spain, or Germany.
• Compelling portfolio showcasing UX solutions for SaaS, enterprise products, or developer tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with modern prototyping tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and research to inform design decisions.
• Deep understanding of information architecture and complex technical flows.
