What you will do

• Manage the setup, qualification, and deployment of new or upgraded test equipment.
• Improve equipment performance metrics including MTBA, MTBF, OEE, and UPH.
• Perform troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and risk mitigation.
• Support yield, quality, and process improvement initiatives through equipment enhancements.
• Conduct 8D investigations and support customer complaint resolution.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-site engineering teams for technology upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE, ME, EE, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in semiconductor Test, Assembly, or Backend operations.
• Experience with turret handlers and AOI/vision systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Allegro Cadence, or similar drafting tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with statistical analysis tools like JMP or Minitab.
• Understanding of semiconductor test processes including GR&R and test methods.
