What you will do

• Communicate with existing clients from Lithuania and abroad by phone and email.
• Advise clients on e-commerce and financial services.
• Review e-commerce project applications and activate services.
• Verify the identity of new clients and register them in the system.
• Perform routine daily tasks using Gemini or a similar AI tool to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Lithuanian, English, and Russian.
• Excellent computer skills and fast typing for effective client communication.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle client queries.
• Attentiveness and thoroughness to enter client data without errors.
• Experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Gemini) and ability to integrate them into daily work.
