What you will do
- Communicate with existing clients from Lithuania and abroad by phone and email.
- Advise clients on e-commerce and financial services.
- Review e-commerce project applications and activate services.
- Verify the identity of new clients and register them in the system.
- Perform routine daily tasks using Gemini or a similar AI tool to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Lithuanian, English, and Russian.
- Excellent computer skills and fast typing for effective client communication.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle client queries.
- Attentiveness and thoroughness to enter client data without errors.
- Experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Gemini) and ability to integrate them into daily work.
