TL;DR

Technical Customer Success Specialist (SaaS/Web Data): Supporting B2B and B2C clients with technical questions, product setup, and troubleshooting with an accent on creating a seamless customer experience and resolving complex issues. Focus on investigating technical requests, collaborating with engineering teams, and ensuring high customer satisfaction for global enterprise clients.

Location: Hybrid (3 office days / 2 WFH) in Vilnius, Lithuania

What you will do

  • Support B2C and B2B customers via chat, email, and dedicated channels, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Investigate customer requests using internal databases to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Respond to queries professionally, explaining technical topics clearly to the client.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex product logic into clear customer-facing answers.
  • Monitor server health checks and manage shift handovers to maintain consistent support.
  • Proactively identify recurring issues and share guidance to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support, customer success, or another client-facing role.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with a problem-solving attitude and curiosity about product mechanics.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
  • Experience with Proxies/VPNs or similar products.
  • Ability to work night shifts (01:00 to 09:00 EET).
  • Investigative and independent approach with the ability to take ownership.
