TL;DR
Customer Support Specialist: Providing high-quality assistance to B2B and B2C clients for web data gathering solutions with an accent on technical troubleshooting and customer satisfaction. Focus on resolving complex issues via email and chat, collaborating with technical teams, and maintaining deep product knowledge of proxies and VPNs.
Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid: 3 office days / 2 WFH). Shift: Evening shift 17:00 to 01:00 EET.
Salary: 1500 - 1900 EUR/month (Gross).

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for B2B and B2C customers via email and online chat.
- Proactively support customers throughout their lifecycle to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand and explain IT business logic.
- Verify client information and maintain accurate records in internal databases.
- Resolve technical queries and troubleshoot issues related to proxy and VPN services.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
- Tech-savvy mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work the evening shift (17:00 - 01:00 EET).
- Experience with Proxies, VPNs, or similar technical products.
