Visual Design Editor

Location: London, England, United Kingdom; hybrid position with in-office attendance required four times a week

What you will do

• Design graphical assets for employee-facing communications and social media across HTML, digital signage, presentations, documents, reports, web assets, and video.
• Create tools, templates, reusable guidance, and visual collateral that support consistent, on-brand communications.
• Maintain the company’s visual identity and apply design standards across communications.
• Explore animation, video, interactive tools, and other new approaches to employee communication.
• Translate project briefs into visual designs within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with Events, IT, HR, and other teams that communicate directly with employees.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a design-based role in the creative industry.
• High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with the ability to learn new tools.
• Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong knowledge of colour, layout, typography, and other design fundamentals.
• Creativity, attention to detail, aesthetic judgment, collaboration, prioritisation, and time management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, follow-through, flexibility, and adaptability.
