What you will do

• Lead the qualification and implementation of innovative hardware and software test applications for design validation and process control.
• Drive magnetic recording experiments and perform advanced data analysis to provide critical design insights.
• Architect and deliver engineering solutions for R&D operations, introducing new methodologies and industry-leading techniques.
• Collaborate with global teams in the USA and UK to influence technical direction and align stakeholders.
• Mentor and support other team members, contributing to a culture of inclusion and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience with programming languages and automated data acquisition, processing, and visualization.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence technical direction across diverse teams.
• English: Proficient (spoken and written) required.
• Location: Must be based in Thailand (Teparuk site).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
• Experience with characterization methodologies including Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) or Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).
