What you will do

• Implement Company Continuous Improvement System and drive initiatives within the SPQDC framework.
• Analyze processes to identify waste and implement countermeasures to increase productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
• Manage KPIs and governance at the site level in alignment with Immuno Global Operations.
• Train and coach employees in Lean methods and tools such as VSM, Problem Solving, and Hoshin Kanri.
• Drive Kaizen events and ensure the Daily Management System, Tier Structure, and Gemba presence are maintained.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align local operational needs with global strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Life Science, or Economics.
• 5+ years of proven track record in driving process improvement within manufacturing, supply chain, or operational environments.
• Proficiency in Lean tools (VSM, RCA, Change Management, Project Management).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Stillwater, Minnesota.
• Ability to travel occasionally (up to 20%) to EU sites.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Life Science, or Economics.
• Experience in the Life Science industry.
• Certifications in Six Sigma and SPC.
• Proficiency with MS365.
