Salary: $83,200 – $124,800 USD

What you will do

  • Provide daily engineering support for injection molding processes to maintain yield and quality.
  • Manage mold components and partner with vendors for maintenance and spare parts.
  • Design and improve manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts.
  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for equipment performance issues.
  • Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods to reduce process variation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide design for manufacturability (DFM) guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience OR Advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
  • Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
  • Strong background in plastics and injection molding.
  • Knowledge of mold tooling, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week onsite in Danvers, MA.

Nice to have

  • Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience managing external vendors and suppliers.
  • Strong data analysis skills for informed decision-making.
