What you will do

• Manage and supervise a group of engineers and technicians to ensure site objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule to minimize machine failure rates.
• Drive OEE improvements through continuous improvement activities and recommend operational enhancements.
• Standardize maintenance processes through the creation of SOPs.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and vendors for machine servicing and the purchase of tooling, jigs, and spare parts.
• Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, environmental policies, and ISO standards.

Requirements

• Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in the engineering field within a manufacturing environment.
• Practitioner of continuous improvement techniques such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, SMED, or Lean.
• Proven experience in planning and implementing preventive maintenance for mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic components.
• English: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Robotics, PLC, AutoCAD, and Solidworks.
• Familiarity with CMMS, OEE analysis, and Microsoft Power BI.
