What you will do

• Lead a team of engineers and technicians to support ID/OD, grinding, and plating operations.
• Drive day-to-day engineering activities to resolve process and equipment issues to maintain safety and quality.
• Implement data-driven improvements to enhance yield, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to support production goals and new product introductions.
• Coach and develop team capabilities while fostering a culture of innovation and integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing, specifically precision machining, grinding, or plating.
• Proven track record of troubleshooting and improving equipment performance (uptime, quality).
• Experience leading or mentoring junior engineers and technicians in a production environment.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or SPC methodologies.
• English: Fluent (written and spoken) required.

Nice to have

• Acquired Chargeman or Wireman certification.
