What you will do

• Perform manufacturing and assembly tasks according to industry standards.
• Operate and set up production equipment following SOPs and good manufacturing practices.
• Collect and evaluate operating data to optimize production efficiency.
• Support the installation, basic maintenance, and training of production equipment.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain raw material availability.
• Document production logs and escalate issues to the Manufacturing Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Must be based in Penang, Malaysia
• Must be able to work in shifts
• Education: SPM, STPM, or Non-Tech Diploma
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with precision instruments and mechanical/electronic systems
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Nice to have

• Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and maintenance
• Familiarity with technical documentation and procedures
