Salary: $105,700 - $149,275

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications and platform capabilities.
• Build modern web applications using React (primary) and Angular (secondary) for high performance and maintainability.
• Develop and support backend services and APIs, collaborating with architecture and product teams.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical leadership across development initiatives.
• Conduct code reviews and promote secure development principles and engineering best practices.
• Participate in an on-call production support rotation (approx. every 6 weeks) and Sunday release activities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience with a strong full-stack background.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and Angular frameworks.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud-native development.
• Proficient SQL skills for writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech (BFS) domain.

Nice to have

• Experience developing backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
